Isaac Dike, Family Nurse Practitioner, has clinical experience in healthcare for the past 8 plus years. Mr. Dike, Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP-C is a graduate of Prairie View A &M School of Nursing, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013. He also attended graduate school at Chamberlain College of Nursing and graduated in 2016. He completed his internships and training in primary care clinics and hospitals in the Houston and greater Houston during undergraduate and graduate school. Mr. Isaac has been currently working for Community Health Network for the past 2.5 years. During his clinical training, he learned to provide superior and quality care with patients from a wide range of illnesses and diseases. Mr. Dike has experience in acute and chronic care of patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Currently, Isaac Dike holds certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners for family medicine.
